Amazon has just updated with new internals its most common tablet. The newest Fire HD 10 tablet from the manufacturer features a new 2.0GHz clocked octa-core processor backed by 2 GB of RAM. The revised cpu, Amazon says, makes the new Fire HD 10 30 times better than its predecessor.

You will be able to purchase the Fire HD 10 in two versions when it becomes available later this month, equipping the phone with either 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage.

The two models were priced respectively at $149.99 and $189.99. If that's not enough space, with a microSD card, you can add up to 512 GB of extra storage. Certain prominent hardware capabilities include built-in support for Dolby Atmos and access with WiFi 802.11ac.

Amazon reports that the new model has over 12 hours of mixed use. The company finally introduced USB-C compatibility when it comes to loading the phone. The Fire 10 HD comes with a 9W power adapter that in about four hours can load the device to complete. A 15W converter that will load the tablet in three hours will be sold separately by the company. Amazon provides picture-in-picture support to Fire OS on the app side— allowing you, for example, to watch a video while surfing.

Starting today, you can pre-order the new Fire HD 10 and it will launch on October 30th. There are four colors available: cherry, twilight green, black and white. Across five different colors, Amazon will also sell cases for $39.99: cherry, dusk green, charcoal gray, sandstone white and sage. Users pre-ordering the Fire HD 10 before 30 October will receive a free copy of Minecraft.

Amazon has released a Children Edition Fire HD 10 in addition to the Fire HD 10. The Kids Edition version offers the same improvements as the standard model, including a child-friendly cover, a two-year worry-free guarantee, and a one-year FreeTime Unlimited membership to Amazon. FreeTime Unlimited is the delivery for material to kids through Amazon.

This covers about 20,000 titles for children between the ages of three and 12, including novels, animations and games. Prime members can get a FreeTime Unlimited membership starting at $2.99 a month. However, one child's product would cost $4.99. Additionally, families of up to four children have discounted yearly plans.

The Kids Edition edition, like the Fire HD 10, is available today for pre-order and will be delivered on October 30. There are three different colors to buy the Kids Edition: red, pink or purple. The 32 GB Kids Edition Fire HD 10 costs $199 with the optional warranty and included subscription. Nevertheless, when you buy two identical Fire HD 10 Kids Edition tablets, Amazon can give you a $50 discount on the two units ' total price.
